14-DAY RETURN POLICY

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging and documentation.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

CUSTOM PIECES

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, and special-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

15% RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. The restocking fee helps cover inspection, cleaning, and restocking costs.
