Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will inspect the item and, at our discretion, repair or replace it.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse
• Loss or theft
• Scratches, dents, bent rings, or broken chains caused by everyday use
• Damage resulting from improper care, exposure to chemicals, or unauthorized repairs or alterations

Warranty Service

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team before sending your item. Items must be inspected by Aminov Jewelers before any warranty service is approved.

Jewelry Care

To help preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using household chemicals. Store each piece separately to help prevent scratches.
